At this time we do not ship international orders. We hope to add this service in the near future. Currently we only ship to addresses in the USA.

Absolutely! We strive for a great online shopping experience and want those interested to experience our great product. To order a sample go to the Lost Woods sample product page and add a sample to your cart.

Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your domestic online purchase, please contact us at 877.952.5222 or email us at customercare@idesoflight.com.

Full price and sale merchandise may be returned within 14 days of your order delivery. Items marked ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Follow these simple steps to return your purchase

Step 1: Please email customercare@idesoflight.com with your order# to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Include the original invoice with your returned merchandise and save a copy for your records.

Step 2: When packing your return please seal your box securely. Products must be returned in the original packaging.

Step 3: Shipping your domestic return remove any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials from the shipping box. You can send your merchandise back to us at the address below using any traceable method. Please note, return fees will not be refunded.

All merchandise must be in its original condition, new, unworn and unaltered with all original tags attached. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Ides of Light reserves the right to deny refund if the items do not meet our return policy requirements or standards.

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. All refunds that meet our return policy and standards will be issued in the original form of payment. If you have any questions regarding your domestic return please contact our customer service team at 877.952.5222 or at customercare@idesoflight.com.

To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at idesoflight.com.

Damaged Fragrance

If you receive a damaged fragrance bottle from your online purchase, please contact us at 877.952.5222 or email us at customercare@idesoflight.com and we will happily replace the damaged items.
